• It is used to provide insulation between energised conductors and pulling devices which might be attached to a different potential
• One piece 25mm OD fibreglass stick
• Easy to apply, can be installed with hot line tools by the use of the attached lifting eye
• Spiral hook is made from high strength, heat treated steel
